The doubles B came up against a strong Frome A on 20.10.21, but managed to pick up a point, losing the match 8-1.

​On the same night, the doubles C played against Bradford Penmoor but unfortunately lost 7-2.

​The mixed B team were away against Phoenix A on 29.10.21 and scored a 6-3 win over the opposing side.. This is the first time the B team have beaten Phoenix A since the 2010-11 season so great work there!

On Wednesday 13 October, all three mixed teams played at Sheldon school:

The A team played the B team. We had a number of players from the A team who were away which complicated things, but the A team won 7-2.

The C team played against Bradford Penmoor and came away with a 6-3 win after some close games!

Three more matches to report this week!

On Wednesday 6 October, the doubles A beat Freshford 9-0, although the score line doesn't reflect some of the very close games which were played!

On Friday 8 October, the doubles A played away at Frome . Unfortunately one of the Frome team was injured early on and some of the games were conceded. The A team won the match 5-4. We wish the Frome player a speedy recovery!

On Sunday 10 October, the doubles C team played away to Corsham C and won 5-4 in a closely contested match.

The B team were scheduled to play against Corsham A on 10 October however the match was cancelled due to illness.

Well done to all teams and thanks to those who covered for missing players this week!

The Mixed A, B and C teams played their first matches this week and it's great to report three wins.

Mixed A beat Corsham A 8-1 at home, in a match which included a number of close games!

Mixed B were away against Phoenix B and won 9-0.

Mixed C clashed with Vectors B and saw 8-1 victory despite some injury!
